The former 'Wyke Crossing Box', seen here in British Rail days, closed in 1964 and it then lay derelict in an adjoining field until being rescued by the GLR in 1993.

'Wyke', now better known as 'Pinesway Junction', was completely refurbished, extended and brought back to life as a working signalbox in 1994.
